AP - The chief U.S. negotiator said Tuesday there had been no progress yet at renewed six-nation talks aimed at persuading North Korea to abandon its nuclear arms program in exchange for economic aid and security guarantees.

IMHO I think US has to offer a really great deal to North Korea if wants that this country stop and abandom its nuclear weapon program.

North Korea feel that Nuclear weapons is the way to make that other countries has respect to this asian country.

True. North Korea won't abandon their plan unless some very, very big offers come their way.

I strongly doubt if any offer, of whatever size, will be abled to persuade North Korea. The only thing I hope for, is that US won't decide for a "military intervention" or something like that.

North Korea probably won't accept any of the offers..
