AP - A mother's report that her 5-year-old son was asleep in the back of a car when it was stolen was a hoax, and she and her boyfriend were being held as suspects in the boy's death, authorities said Tuesday.

If it true that the mother and her boyfriend is responsible for the death of her son, that would be a really cruel things. Who gonna kill her/his own children?

But why they will do so ?
I think that killing a child is ... I don't know the word, because it is more than mad, insane etc. Such a people really do not deserve to have a normal life in our society. Anyway, there is Police and other institutions related to that.

I don't understand how someone could kill any child, much less your own. How could you live with yourself?

I'm sure they will try and defend themselves by coming up with some sad excuse - they had a bad childhood, it was drugs, too many twinkies, or something.

If they are found guilty, put them in prison for the rest of their pathetic lives.

This saddens me, and angers me both. I am a mother of a 5 year old boy, and to think it is possible that a mother or Father can do this to her own child sickens me.

There are so many people who are desperate to have children, and cannot have any. How is something like this possible? I hope it is not true. It is deplorable.
