Jesus has anyone heard of a spinoff of a commercial? This is some off-minded director's view of a bad show.

I think Disney is starting to realize that this was a bad idea to begin with. Just because something works in a 30 second format does not mean it works as a whole. They should have learned something from SNL skits being made into movies. This is actually worse, as it has to spread it's premise of persecution and racism toward cavemen for at least 13 episodes. The funniness is bound to wear off long before that happens.

In all the writer's strike hoohah, apparently no one noticed the cancellation of Cavemen. I guess this opens the door up to Geico putting the cavemen back in commercials where they belong. The new one is kinda funny since it picks on the fact that the show didn't work out.
