I started my BPO office at home with just one PC upon which I myself used to work and there was no employee to assist me. I concentrated more on the low paying/low budget jobs that were offered by local clients. After sometime, I launched my website and referred my experience. Today, I am satisfied with the growth of my business vs investment.

Hey there guys

From what I have read and from what several of my friends have tried recently it takes a lot of energy to get a business up and running.

Whether it be an online company or traditional company you need to give you everything you have at hand.

For many start up's I've been told it takes awhile to see a ROI. For instance if you buy a restaurant you may see yourself making significant losses for the first year as you have to cover the costs of the start up fixtures and fittings and all your bills. That it takes time to generate a loyal customer basis and more importantly gain repeat business.

More than 70% of new companies fail in their first year. Many of them due to cash flow problems.

My recommendation from what I have seen is to keep things simple. To plan ahead with a simple concept and build on your ideas as they progress as keeping afloat and making ends meat can time a daunting task for a start up company.

all the best
