Default National or International?

When you established a new business, which one do you prefer first? Sometimes I think, national, only for my country will be good, but sometimes it sounds some better to try bigger and international. I cannot decide.

Which one do you prefer if you want to establish a new business?

Well I would rather start small so I'll go national first. then if I already know the ins and outs of the business, only then will I expand globally.

Nice starting point. I thought the same, but I see that it can be depending on the sector/department which you will work. For example, you can find many customers from all over the world if you want to make an IT job, but if you want to make a local work, surely the best is national

Well, my problem these days have been with online business that I can really manage better them with my own language, but with finnish the markets are so little. But the other point is that with english theres much more competition. So, it's propably more easy to create something succesfull with finnish, but with english you can create something VERY succesful.
