All major news networks has their biases but if I were to go with one network then my vote will be on BBC. They are so far impartial on most news items on the agenda.

I think bizwiz is right BBC, in my opinon general has less bias, but it tends to focus on more global news; I happen to like that. I hear a lot of people have called FOX news, FAUX news ^_^ more or less accurate. The Simpsons parodied it on it; cannot remember which episode, it was the one where Krusty the clown ran for congressman. Funny how The Simpsons runs on FOX and they ran a parody on FOX News.

I saw a FOX segment that discussed "Real Americans" as opposed to fake Americans. The latter were those with dissenting views. Yikes! If it weren't for dissent, and possibly wanting to get a foothold in an economy, the pilgrims would not have crossed the pond.

CBCNews.ca - Breaking News, Canada, World, Health, Business, Entertainment is my choice when I am looking for news, as is BBC World. Sad when even Xianhua has less biased stories than Faux news eh?

I think all of them spin the news to some extent, although some are worse than others. I usually read a combination of the left and right wing to get both sides of the story. Fox, who is supposedly fair and balanced, pretty much showed their true colors to a lot of believers with the Ron Paul shutout. I have a friend who used to tell me how unbiased they were. Now he sees what I've been telling him for a year now.

Now, in modern age all the news networks doing well. I am daily looking breaking or current events on these news networks: ARY 1 world, BBC News, Geo News, Express News, Dailytimes and hiPakistan leading news paper daily. Actually I am from Pakistan and I think new government (CM) doing good job and gave the freedom to the media regarding News board casting especially. Now the People of Pakistani is also like to consider the the above mentioned news network.

I like FOX News for promoting conservative values, and for exposing the falisies, flaws and lies of shallow and short-sighted Liberals. However, FOX's claim to "no spin" is itself a lie, as is their "fair and balanced" claim.

FOX News clearly has its own agenda, even if that agenda is only to keep their ratings up by attacking Democrats and Liberals in general.

A few things that really annoy me about FOX News are:
  • The way they talk over, interrupt, and cut off people with opposing views.

The way they often laugh and giggle and talk over each other like a bunch of school kids.

Those annoying "FOX News Extras" seem to be written by and for people with severe Attention Deficit Disorder. I can't stand to watch any more of them.

CNN should change their handle to "The Daily Israeli." They are owned and operated by Zionist Israel. CNN's promise to Israel to report only Israel's side of the story about any conflict clearly showed the CNN agenda and their total disregard for any degree of jounalistic integrity.

I watch them both and try to sort out the truth for myself. The Internet is often the best resource for getting the real news.

I agree. That is exactly why I started this forum. There is always more than one side to a story and a million and one different opinions.

Hi..!!
Fox News Channel has been the subject of many allegations concerning journalism ethics and standards. Critics of the channel have accused the network of having a bias favoring the political right and the Republican Party. So i go with FOX News..
