I have cable internet for €40 a month - that's about $53
I have quite strict limits: 10Gb download, 2Gb upload
My download speed is theorically 1mbps, but its mostly only 400kbps or so.
Upload speed is maximum 50KBps for me

OMG where do you live?
Which is your internet provider?

I friend who live in germany told me month his internet provider and told me too about a donwload and upload limitation.

when surf round internet and look US internet offers always think when in my country we will have more ADSL internet providers, that will reduce internet cost

I pay $30 for my 512 Kbps ADSL connection but there are time its lot more slower than that. i cant complain about the price since its the only ADSL service in my country and lot better than dial up.

I pay $14.95 per month for my dsl connection. I forget how fast(or slow you could say) the speed is, but it is good enough for me at the moment. It beats the price I was paying for dialup a few years ago, and it is also much faster.

we pay about £24 p/month at the moment for our 4MBPS service.

They are pretty good, but we have some down times every so often.

Apparently the standard in Korea is about 200MBPS for their HOME connection. (lucky people )

So whatever price they pay, they're going to think that our prices are the biggest rip-off since...... well ever.

$50 per month, but I get 10mbps down. However, the uplink is terrible (128 kbps up, if I am lucky)

Cool

I though that in Poland we have slow and expensive Internet connections. I pay 70PLN (~24$) and my connection speed is 320 Kbps upstream, 1280 kbps downstream. Usually I download with speed of 120-130kBps and upload with 35kBps. This connection is very stable in my opinion.

I pay about $33 a month for my 512 Kb ADSL service here in Egypt, thats the standard price for all ADSL companies here

I think its quite expensive compared to most other countries, but its definitely better than dialup
