Unhappy Hogtied?

The operative words pertaining to the article are:

"children"

"forcing"

"prostitution"

The definitions of each can be legally quite complex and debatable.

Pertaining to "children," are ages of children involved?
Starting at what age and ending at what age? In other words,
how young and/or how old?
Also pertaining to "children," are "parents" necessary to define
who a "child" is?

Pertaining to "forcing," is mere "suggestion" considered "forcing?"
Do weapons like guns, knives, ropes, duct tape, plastic twisters,
etc. have to be involved for a child to be hogtied.

How about "proposing?" How about "advertising?" How does a
child indicate, display, or prove that he or she has been or is being
"forced?" Does a "maybe" mean "no"? Remember Christ's parable
about the wayward son who said "no" to his father, but then
afterward by his actions ending up in effect saying "yes?"
Is physical-action opposition necessary to really prove force?
Is mental intimidation considered "force?"

How is "prostitution" defined? Does money have to be involved?
What degree or type of erotic connection is considered "prostitution?"
Is any wilful or voluntary and consentual erotic connection ever considered "prostitution?" Is "love" ever involved in prostitution.....or only "lust?"

What types and degrees of erotic connection are involved with prostitution? Is [illegal] "prostitution" only considered prostitution for sexual contact when outside of marriage?
