US may reduce forces in Iraq by spring

AP - The U.S. may be able to reduce combat forces in Iraq by next spring if Iraq's own security forces continue to grow and improve, a senior American commander said Friday. He denied reports the U.S. is arming Sunni insurgent groups to help in the fight against al-Qaida.

Don't worry, the mercenaries will take the US Army's place to maintain the country in a state of permanent chaos and ruin.

Freeing Iraq would involve getting rid of all the "idiotic yes men" with guns running around that country. Some fighters have merit, most are just in for the money and they blindly follow orders.

Iraq is yet another victim or America's insane dependency on oil.
