Welcome mkt711. I'm a huge Red Sox fan -- not sure which Sox you are rooting for? Tampa Bay looks like they are going to beat the White Sox.

I'm talking about the Red Sox.

haha oh yeah, forgot about that other team called the white sox.

I'm looking forward to the alcs with Tampa. That's going to be a great series.

I agree. Tampa has been a huge suprise -- people were saying they would drop off by the all-star break and now they are in the ALCS.

Seems like everytime the Red Sox play Tampa Bay, it ends up turning into a brawl. This should be interesting.

It's official now. The Red Sox are going to play TB. I don't think there are going to be any brawls (at least the Sox aren't going to start them, they're more professional) just because no one wants to be suspended for games over the other team running their mouth.

Jon Lackie said this:

"We lost to a team that's not better than us," growled pitcher John Lackey, who gave up two runs and seven hits in seven innings. "We are a better team than they are. The last two days, we shouldn't have given up anything."

Well Jon, we didn't make Aybar, Figgins, and most of your outfield make horrible game costing errors. The truth is the Sox are better than you and they just proved it by not making stupid routine plays cost runs.

At least thats the last we will hear from him until next season. Hope he had a nice plane ride home last night.
